If the Leftists want to try and create some fear of retribution by "Boycotting  Arizona sports teams  where ever they are playing(good luck trying to get Fanatics to drink the Lefty cool-aid and not go to a game.)
then we can remind them that WE SURROUND THEM  and reverse  their miniscule effect by seeking out ARIZONA goods ,from sports teams ,items on E-bay ,etc. ,we can get creative ........spend a few bucks on ARIZONA ................don't forget to go to the Arizona State  Govenor's website and thank her ,it will strengthen her hand.

The U.S. Army says a surgeon who has publicly refused to follow any further orders until he sees documentation that Barack Obama is eligible to be president is being "reassigned" at Walter Reed Army Hospital after he refused to deploy to Afghanistan as scheduled.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is the highest-ranking and first active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on President Obama's eligibility.
While there have been reports Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing an imminent court-martial, Army spokesman Chuck Dasey told WND today that Lakin is only "under investigation" at this point.

President Barack Obama is one of the worst presidents ever in terms of respecting constitutional limitations on government, and the states suing the federal government over healthcare reform "have a pretty strong case" and are likely to prevail, according to author and judicial analyst Andrew P. Napolitano.

In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV's Ashley Martella, Napolitano says the president's healthcare reforms amount to "commandeering" the state legislatures for federal purposes, which the Supreme Court has forbidden as unconstitutional.

"The Constitution does not authorize the Congress to regulate the state governments," Napolitano says. "Nevertheless, in this piece of legislation, the Congress has told the state governments that they must modify their regulation of certain areas of healthcare, they must surrender their regulation of other areas of healthcare, and they must spend state taxpayer-generated dollars in a way that the Congress wants it done.

Do the States Hold the Answer to a Runaway Congress?

The state of New Jersey provides in Article 1 Section 2b of its Constitution that:

The people reserve unto themselves the power to recall, after at least one year of service, any elected official in this State or representing this State in the United States Congress. The Legislature shall enact laws to provide for such recall elections.

Eight other states—Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin—have laws on their books providing for broad recall of elected officials, which could include Members of Congress. Altogether, these nine states have 12 incumbent Senators in the runaway Congressional majority who are not already standing for re-election in 2010, but, in the event of successful petition drives, could be.

In November, the president's party lost the governor's mansions in New Jersey and Virginia. It follows decisions by five House Democrats since November to retire instead of face potentially tough races later this year.

TARP and Stimulus Slush Funds

The White House arbitrarily cut the projected long-term cost of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) by $200 billion, but rather than leave that money unspent, the administration wants to use it for a jobs bill. "TARP has turned out to be much cheaper than we had expected, although not cheap," Obama said. "It means that some of that money can be devoted to deficit reduction. And the question is: Are there selective approaches that are consistent with the original goals of TARP -- for example, making sure that small businesses are still getting lending -- that would be appropriate in accelerating job growth?" Rep. Barney Frank (D-Fannie Mae), on the other hand, wants TARP cash for more mortgage aid. Either proposal would likely require legislation changing the purpose of TARP.

In rebuttal, Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) argued, "TARP is not the Democrats' personal bank account and was never intended to be a $700 billion perpetual slush fund. This is a perfect example of the hazards of taxpayer-funded bailouts." Actually, Democrats had that in mind all along.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton still owed $6 million to her pollster Mark Penn after her 2008 presidential fizzled out. Fortunately for Clinton and Penn, there was the Recovery Act. According to The Hill, "Federal records show that a contract worth $5.97 million, part of the $787 billion stimulus Congress passed this year, helped preserve three jobs at Burson-Marsteller, the global public-relations and communications firm headed by Penn." Naturally, Penn's firm denied the report, calling it "fundamentally inaccurate."
